The investment

Amortized payments, not a balloon

Many private notes pay everything at the end. Our notes are fully amortized, so every monthly payment returns part of your principal along with interest, and the amount you have outstanding shrinks over time.

Our home buyer site shows the seller financed homes we market. Some are owned by our LLC, and others are offered for a network of property owners and investors, including some that need more work. Private lender loans fund only homes our LLC owns.
